Created in 2003, it takes its name from the myth of Endymion, a shepherd king, a symbol of extreme beauty and eternal youth. In ancient Greek mythology, the Moon Goddess cast Endymion, the most beautiful son of Zeus, into a perpetual sleep so that she could forever gaze upon his splendid face, untouched by time.
The Goddess's wishes were granted, and Endymion slept for all eternity, dreaming of gently holding Luna in his arms. Penhaligon's draws inspiration from this legend for this masculine fragrance. A sensual fusion of contrasts, spicy and fresh, it is a seductive nocturnal fragrance.
