REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal 
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you may return them. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason, as per Legislative Decree 21/2014 (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

• Notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt, via registered mail to: Profumeria Maria Teresa Kirieleison – Via Sebino, 41 – 00199 Roma (RM) – Italy, or by email to our contact address.
• Products must be returned intact, in their original complete packaging, with adequate sealed outer packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

You may choose between:

• Refund to the original payment method
• Store credit voucher (valid 12 months)
• Product replacement

Please note: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed products opened after delivery and not returnable for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g. opened and used fragrances).
