Prices 
All prices include Italian VAT (22%).

Invoicing 
Every order is accompanied by a delivery note.

Warranty 
We are not liable for damages caused by improper use of products. We assume no responsibility for direct or indirect damages resulting from non-compliant use.

Shipping costs 
Italy: €10.00. Free for orders over €60.00. EU countries: costs vary by destination and are calculated automatically at checkout. Shipments to remote or limited-access areas may be subject to manual verification before order confirmation. We will contact you within 24 business hours in such cases.

Right of Withdrawal 
You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/2014. For return procedures, please refer to our Refund PolicyRefund Policy.

Delivery times 
Approximately 2-3 business days for Italy (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). 4-7 business days for Europe. Remote or limited-access areas may require additional time.
