SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping within Italy 
Shipping costs amount to €10.00. Orders over €60.00 qualify for free shipping. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Shipping within Europe 
For shipments to other EU countries, costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days.

⚠️ Shipments to remote or limited-access areas (minor islands, remote mountain areas, etc.) may require additional time or be subject to manual verification before order confirmation. In such cases, we will contact you within 24 business hours.

Upon delivery 
Please check the condition of the packaging upon delivery. If the package is damaged, accept it by writing "RECEIVED WITH RESERVATION – damaged package" on the delivery note. If the damage is severe, refuse the goods by writing "GOODS REFUSED – damaged package". Any complaints must be raised immediately with the carrier.
