Creed - Neroli Sauvage Millesime

A great lady of the French court, Anna Maria de La Tremouille, nicknamed Nerola, had her gloves perfumed with bitter orange essence, which takes its name "Neroli" from her. Neroli is the essence obtained from bitter orange blossoms, which only retain their unaltered fragrance if hand-picked from the tree. This essence has always been known in the history of perfumery, and in this composition, its joyful purity is enhanced. Neroli is masterfully orchestrated here with Calabrian bergamot, Sicilian lemons, Italian grapefruit, and verbena, all resting on an amber base.
